The bill (Reg. No6436) is elaborated with the aim to preserve the network of sanitary institutions, prevention of their liquidation and non-purpose use, solution of the problem of qualitative citizens recreational and health improvement though the establishment of the prohibition on liquidation, conversion, alienation and lease of the sanitary institutions for the conduction of the activity that is not connected with the health improvement or recreation.
The Committee members upheld the proposition of new version of the bill: "On Preserving of Health Establishments that are in state or Public Ownership."
To create conditions for quality recreation, the bill prohibits the executive authorities and the local self-government bodies to adopt resolutions on liquidation, restructuring, alienation and lease of recreational facilities for the pursuit of non-recreational activity.
